The Magnificent Magnesium Spray
Magnesium is an essential mineral that is vital for our general health. A majority of Americans are lacking in magnesium, leading to issues such as insomnia. The skin, being the largest organ, contains more than two thousand pores on the feet alone. To enhance your energy levels and inner equilibrium, consider incorporating magnesium into your nightly routine by applying a spray to the soles of your feet before going to bed. If the magnesium spray stings sensitive areas like the underarms or legs, it may indicate a deficiency, which is common among most individuals. Therefore, we suggest beginning the application on the feet.
Ingredients You'll Need:
Magnesium Flakes: 1/2 cup
Filtered Water: 1/2 cup
Optional but we love adding lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang or eucalyptus
Steps:
Heat the Water : Begin by heating the filtered water until it reaches a warm temperature, but not boiling.
Dissolve the Magnesium : In a glass bowl, combine the magnesium flakes with the warm water and stir until the flakes are completely dissolved.
Transfer to a Spray Bottle : Let the mixture cool down before carefully pouring it into a glass spray bottle.
Spritz and Soar : Your magnesium spray is now ready for use! Simply spritz it onto your skin and gently massage to reap its incredible benefits.
This spray will become an essential part of your routine!

This made my feet so soft!! Tried on my legs but did sting a tiny bit, I must be deficient!
I used a 4oz glass spray bottle, but was thinking next time I would use 2, two oz bottles so I could have one next to my bed and one downstairs for convenience.
Making this now with lavender! Too easy!
